JUAN ENRIQUE RASSMUSS

President, Chairman and CEO

Juan Enrique Rassmuss is the President and Chairman of the board of directors as well as the CEO of Tintina Mines, Chairman of CAP (the leading iron ore and pellets producer on the American Pacific coast and a relevant operator in the industrial and infrastructure segment) and Chairman of CMP (part of CAP Group). Mr Rassmuss also is a board member of Invercap and CEMIN Holding Minero (a copper and gold producer in Chile). Mr. Rassmuss has more than 25 years of experience in managing and investing in exploration and mining businesses, mainly based in Chile, Peru and Canada. He studied industrial engineering at the Universidad Católica (Chile).

VICENTE IRARRAZAVAL

Director

Vicente Irarrazaval is an experienced senior mining exploration executive that has driven successful exploration programs for major mining companies in a wide range of geographic and geological environments, and further down the road into project development. He has more than 25 years of experience in managing and investing in exploration and mining businesses. He currently is a board member of CEMIN Holding Minero (a copper and gold producer in Chile). From 1998 to 2015, Mr. Irarrazaval he was the Regional Head Exploration America at Anglo American and from 1982 to 1994 Exploration Manager – Senior Geologist at Shell Chile / Billiton International Metals. He received a degree in geology from the Universidad de Chile and an M.Sc., Mineral Exploration from Imperial College.

STEFAN JOCHUM, CFA

Director

Stefan Jochum, has more than 20 years of experience in finance and the financial industry with focus on natural resources (mining, oil&gas), energy and materials. Currently, he serves as a Chairman of Invercap, the controlling shareholder of CAP S.A., Chile, as a board member of CEMIN Holding Minero, Chile and as a board member of Grupo Olympic, Peru. Previously, Mr. Jochum held board positions in industrial companies in Argentina and Peru as well as in a power generator in Chile. He also worked for almost 10 years at UBS AG in Germany and Switzerland in the UHNW segment. Mr. Jochum holds a Bachelor & Postgraduate in International Business Administration from the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Nuremberg, Germany, and is a CFA charter holder.

CARMELO MARRELLI

Director

Carmelo Marrelli is the principal of Marrelli Group, comprising of Marrelli Support Services Inc., DSA Corporate Services Inc., DSA Filing Services Limited, Marrelli Press Release Services Limited, Marrelli Escrow Services Inc. and Marrelli Trust Company Limited. The Marrelli Group has delivered accounting, corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance services to listed companies on various exchanges for over twenty years. Mr. Marrelli is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

JING PENG

Chief Financial Officer

Jing Peng serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tintina Mines Limited and Diagnamed Holdings. In addition to these roles, he is a Senior Financial Analyst at Marrelli Support Services Inc. Mr. Peng holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from the University of Toronto.
