Tintina Mines Limited (TSXV: TTS) is a copper-gold exploration and development company advancing the wholly owned Dos Amigos Copper-Gold Project (formerly the Domeyko Sulfuros Project) in the Atacama Region of Chile, through its wholly owned Chilean subsidiary, Andean Belt Resources SpA (“ABR”).

Following the completion of a C$91 million financing and the consolidation of 100% ownership of ABR, Tintina has launched a fully funded ~50,000 metre drilling, feasibility, and permitting program, advancing Dos Amigos toward a Final Investment Decision.

JUAN ENRIQUE RASSMUSS

Chairman & Director

Juan Enrique Rassmuss is the President and Chairman of the board of directors as well as the CEO of Tintina Mines, Chairman of CAP (the leading iron ore and pellets producer on the American Pacific coast and a relevant operator in the industrial and infrastructure segment) and Chairman of CMP (part of CAP Group). Mr Rassmuss also is a board member of Invercap and CEMIN Holding Minero (a copper and gold producer in Chile). Mr. Rassmuss has more than 25 years of experience in managing and investing in exploration and mining businesses, mainly based in Chile, Peru and Canada. He studied industrial engineering at the Universidad Católica (Chile).

Mathieu Gignac

Director

Mathieu Gignac has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry and is a McGill University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering. His responsibilities include providing project management expertise and leadership to mine development projects, with a proven track record managing large mining projects through feasibility, construction and operations, including as Project Director of the highly successful Merian Project (owned by Newmont Mining) and the Fruta del Norte Project (in cooperation with Lundin Gold). He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and is proficient in English, French and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Portuguese.

STEFAN JOCHUM, CFA

CFA – Director

Stefan Jochum has more than 20 years of experience in finance and the financial industry, with a focus on natural resources (mining, oil & gas), energy and materials. He currently serves as Chairman of Invercap, the controlling shareholder of CAP S.A., Chile, and as a board member of CEMIN Holding Minero, Chile, and of Grupo Olympic, Peru. Previously, Mr. Jochum held board positions in industrial companies in Argentina and Peru, as well as in a power generator in Chile, and spent almost 10 years at UBS AG in Germany and Switzerland in the UHNW segment. He holds a Bachelor’s and Postgraduate degree in International Business Administration from the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Nuremberg, Germany, and is a CFA charterholder.

Koji Watanabe

Director

Koji is General Manager of the Non-Ferrous Metals Development Business Unit at Sumitomo Corporation, which he joined in 2003. In this role he leads Sumitomo’s copper business development, overseeing the origination, evaluation and execution of copper mining investments and the growth of the company’s copper asset portfolio. His career has included several years on-site at Minera San Cristóbal in Bolivia, first as Finance and Legal Manager and later as Commercial Manager, alongside roles on Sumitomo’s Lead and Zinc project team. Koji holds an MBA from London Business School and an engineering degree from Tokyo University.

Vicente Irarrazaval

Director

Vicente Irarrazaval is an experienced senior mining exploration executive who has driven successful exploration programs for major mining companies across a wide range of geographic and geological environments, extending further into project development. He has more than 25 years of experience managing and investing in exploration and mining businesses, and currently serves as a board member of CEMIN Holding Minero (a copper and gold producer in Chile). From 1998 to 2015, Mr. Irarrazaval was Regional Head of Exploration, Americas, at Anglo American, and from 1982 to 1994 was Exploration Manager / Senior Geologist at Shell Chile / Billiton International Metals. He holds a degree in geology from the Universidad de Chile and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Imperial College.

Claude Dufresne

Chief Executive Officer

Claude Dufresne has over 30 years of mining industry experience spanning operations, project development and the marketing of metals and minerals. He is currently Partner and CEO of G Mining Capital and previously served as President and CEO of NioBay Metals, where he led the advancement of the James Bay Niobium Project. Earlier in his career, Claude held senior operating and commercial roles with IAMGOLD and Cambior and founded Camet Metallurgy, a metals marketing and advisory business. Claude holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Université Laval and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

Chris Stackhouse

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a finance and capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience managing exploration and development-stage assets through to operations, with a particular focus on South America. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of SolGold plc from 2023 until its sale to Jiangxi Copper in 2026, following senior finance roles at Guyana Goldfields, Rockcliff Metals and Generation Mining spanning public financing, project development and operations. He began his career at PwC, where he earned his CPA, CA, before spending three years with PwC Chile. Chris holds an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is also an Independent Director of Rocky Shore Gold Ltd.

James Purchase

VP Exploration

James is a geologist with 18 years of experience in mineral exploration, mineral resource estimation and technical due diligence. He currently focuses on technical due diligence for G Mining Capital, having previously spent six years at G Mining Services from the role of Senior Geologist up to Vice President – Geology. He also served as Geology Manager for Arcadium Lithium for the Galaxy Lithium Project. Earlier in his career he held exploration and consulting roles in Australia. James is a Qualified Person under both NI 43-101 and JORC for exploration results and mineral resources, has co-authored numerous technical reports, and holds deep experience across copper, lithium, gold and iron ore systems.

Andy Whitfield

VP Corporate Development & IR

Andy has over 15 years of mining and investment experience spanning both operating and investment roles. He began his career as a Mining Engineer on the African Copperbelt before moving into investment and evaluation roles, including with ArcelorMittal Mining and La Mancha Resource Capital. He currently focuses on investments at G Mining Capital. Andy holds an MSc in Metals & Energy Finance from Imperial College London and a BEng (Hons) in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines.
